Josh was excellent. He took pride in his work and answered all of my questions. My carpet and hardwood looks so much better! I also sent 2 large rugs to be cleaned onsite. Waiting for them to be brought back nice and clean!

not pleased. quoted one price online for size and desired service and cost was actually 37% more. not pleased at all.
